MagiQuest reserves the right to update or modify their Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us.
Most products on MagiQuest.com are also available for sale at each of our retail locations. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on our web site may not be available at some MagiQuest locations. The prices displayed on the web site may vary from store locations as well. The prices quoted on our web site are in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.
Shipping and Processing Fees
MagiQuest's shipping and processing fee is intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, providing you with the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We encourage you to review your order as the amount for processing will be included prior to checking out.
At MagiQuest we want to provide you with quality workmanship and a long lasting product that you will value and display for years to come. We are so sure you will be satisfied with your purchase that we offer a 100% money back guarantee.
Each MagiQuest Wand needs to be activated for use in the MagiQuest game. Activation requires you to visit a MagiQuest location near you. When you your purchase your game time at a MagiQuest location for the first time, your wand will be activated. You can then use it at any MagiQuest location in the future as the registration process is only required at initial activation.

Sales Tax statement
Sales tax on MagiQuest merchandise is charged for on items shipped to South Carolina only.
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage immediately. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value within the first 30 days of receipt. You can return merchandise through the U.S. mail for a refund or replacement.
How to Return and/or Exchange
To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions when packing and sending your product for return.
- Pack the product so that it won't be damaged during the shipping process.
- Include a copy of the packing list.
so you can be sent an RMA # and package label. No return will be accepted without an RMA#. Send the product via the method noted from the Master Magi. This way your package can be tracked. We will process your order upon receipt and are not responsible for items lost during shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
To return a damaged or defective item to MagiQuest.com, please contact our customer service team by email at
. You will be sent a Return Authorization # and label. Second, the customer must write the RMA number on the outside of the box that the product is being shipped in. Once we receive the item, we will refund the price of the item and any shipping costs or applicable taxes. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the item. You will be sent a confirmation email when your credit card is refunded. Please be aware that many times this confirmation email goes to your spam.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT
- Sizing Options
When selecting a MagiQuest Tunic at MagiQuest.com, please note that the large tunic fits average youth sizes of 10-12. The small MagiQuest Tunic fits average youth sizes of 6-8. The side of each tunic ties providing additional adjustability. The back enclosure is Velcro® from top to bottom. The tunic is made of 100% polyester fabrics. Dry clean only.
When selecting a MagiQuest Belt for your wand at MagiQuest.com, please note there are two size options, youth large and small. Each belt has a Velcro enclosure that offers minimal size adjustment. The snap closed pouch and wand holster are adjustable around the sides of the belt for repositioning. Both the Dragon Wand and the Classic Wand will fit the wand holster. This all fabric belt is made of 100% polyester fabrics. Dry clean only.
- Item availability - Item availability will be noted should you try to order an item that is presently out of stock. Should an item be 'out of stock' please check back later as we continually replenish inventory.
- Order Processing
Your credit card is not charged until your item is shipped. If you choose to order an item that is presently out of stock, the entire shipping and handling cost is charged on the first shipment. Any remaining shipments required to complete your order will not result in any additional shipping and handling charges. A detailed summary of item availability is provided in your shopping bag for your review. All orders go through a 24 hour credit card approval process.

Orders are generally processed in 48 hours. All orders are confirmed via a third party credit card authorization process. This takes 24 hours. Once your credit is approved, we ship your merchandise. If your order status displays that your order has not shipped and the merchandise is in stock, this could be the result of the following:
Please note that we would prefer each customer provide a phone number where they can be reached when you place our order strictly for use in resolving any questions that might occur in processing your order in a timely fashion.
- We were not able to process your credit card for approval.
- Your credit card information could not be verified with the address you provided.
- Your shipping address differs from your billing address and may require further verification in which case MQ Customer Service will try to reach you.
- Please note that UPS does not ship to a PO Box so do not use one for your shipping address.

- When you place an order with Magiquest.com, you will are requested to provide an email address. We will send you a confirmation to the email address provided which includes your order number. Please keep this for your records.
- The Order Status will indicate that your order is pending, processing or shipped.
